The project was established in order to facilitate the conservation of classic and pivotal literature of the Hebrew language and provide the public with free and easy access to these important cultural assets.
The Archive project is one of a kind. It was created out of the need to document the wonderful and diverse works of art. The recordings were made by professional anchors and artists from different fields.
By recording the writings, we were able to erase the geographical boundaries and made it possible for the written words to be heard.
The Archive operates with the support of the Ministry of Culture & Sport and Israel's state lottery.
