The Israeli Center of Libraries is a non-profit organization that promotes and cultivates libraries, librarians, information on books, and the reading culture in Israel. The organization was established in 1975 by the Ministry of Education and the Association for Israeli Librarians (A.S.I).
Among the many services we offer for cultivating and preserving libraries, literature, and culture in Israel – our book boutique offers the purchase of books and library equipment.
We offer personal attention, professional, businesslike, and direct response, support throughout the process, advice on choosing books, and courier delivery of books to the destination – the public library, school library, kindergarten, or any other institution.
We offer attractive discounts when it comes to purchasing the books themselves and provide a variety of auxiliary products from the field of library equipment.
There is also an added value – like each of the services of the various departments at The Israeli Center of Libraries, beyond professional considerations, choosing our services constitutes a contribution to the community. As a non-profit organization, all of the center's surplus income returns to the public in the form of various projects and activities in the fields of reading culture, public libraries, literature, and culture in general.
In our book boutique, you will find children's books in English, as well as enriching and enjoyable children's books in Arabic for purchase, written within the framework of the center's 'Hikaya' workshop.
