This library is a first of its kind, communal digital library that shares one collection between all participating libraries. A digital library gives the more remote peripheries of the country access to books and audio-books. Participation and title purchasing fees are differential, thus allowing smaller libraries with more limited budgets access to a state of the art platform holding a large rich book collection.
